“You’re Not Buried, You’ve Been Planted”!………are the words of encouragement I use to inspire the population of transitioned-aged  youth and young adults when they express feeling like a heavy load has been dumped on them. My name is Nubia Anacius (In-short).

I have been an activist and advocate for youth and young adults for over 2 decades. I am proactive with making a productive and positive change as an experienced therapeutic foster parent & care- taker of youth and young adults in the past 20 years...

I am adamant about positively Impacting Lives... One Youth at a Time.

As an educator in a highly populated metropolitan city of social, economic and emotionally challenged youth and young adults, I help advance this population to transition to a level of higher education to prepare for college.

I advocate for the safety and wellbeing of this age group with my skilled law enforcement background. I am committed to the mental health and stable well-being of transitioned-aged youth and young adults. I view myself as a passionate social service professional focused on youth and young adult social development.

I am adamant about being positively impactful and beneficial to the growth of each youth and supportive family members who seek Dragonfly23,Inc. services. Positively Impacting Lives , One youth at a time.
